RE-CHARGE

Evidence-based program for improving sleep, RE-CHARGE helps support improved sleep patterns, daily functioning, and healthy habit development.

What can participants expect?

    Friendly facilitator

    Our sessions are typically run by one of our team of experienced, qualified practitioners. You’re in very safe hands!

    2 x 2-hour sessions

    The session is typically run over a day 10:00-12:00 and 12:30-14:30, with a 30-minute break for a light lunch.

    Takeaway coursebooks

    All participants receive a coursebook packed with evidence-based strategies and resources.

    8-12 others

    We cap our referrals at 16 and aim to have between 8-12 participants in a given session.

    RE-CHARGE support kit

    At the end of the session participants will receive a free RE-CHARGE bag with tea, healthy snacks and blue-light glasses (courtesy of OfficeWorks for Australian participants).

    Sleep hygiene

    Exploring practical, physical, and psychological contributors to sleep difficulties, including hormones, mental health, and technology use.

    The purpose of our dreams

    Understanding of sleep cycles, including REM stages, and how the brain processes experiences, emotions, and stressors overnight.

    Habit loops

    How habits are formed and maintained, and how small, targeted changes can support more adaptive behaviours and improved wellbeing.
